Captain Harry Gordon promptly sent his journal, recorded from 18 June - 6 December to General Gage. The Journal presented vital information and was copied many times to spread the information to leaders in America and London. This Copy exists in the Papers of Lord Shelburne recieved from General Thomas Gage in 1767.
